You have reached the last quarter of the year. Soon, months full of commitments, celebrations, and responsibilities will begin. Before entering that rhythm, this retreat invites you to pause and ask: How am I? What do I need? What do I want to care for in this next season?

Returning to yourself does not mean moving away from your life. It means creating a moment to listen, recognize what you have lived, recalibrate, and remember what deserves your attention. During this retreat, reflection and rest will coexist with nature, movement, music, and joy.
Gentle, accessible yoga to breathe, feel your body, and move while respecting your needs.
A meditative walk to slow down, observe your surroundings, and return to the present moment.
Guided exercises to notice how you arrive at this time of year and choose what you want to care for.
A table prepared with simple, nutritious food, along with time to rest and connect.
A space to express yourself your way: dance, walk, sway, sit, or simply enjoy the music.
There is no correct way to live this experience. You can adapt each practice, rest when you need to, and participate in the way that feels right for you.
A pause to recognize where you are, choose what matters, and create a rhythm you can sustain. Many times we know what we want, but cannot find a way to integrate it into a life already full of responsibilities.
This workshop is not a productivity class or a rigid list of goals to complete before the year ends. We will explore how to move from a desire that keeps waiting to an intention that can find space, support, and direction inside your real life.

By the end, you will create a simple, personal guide with your intention, a possible first step, and practices that help you come back when you lose your rhythm.

The day will have a thoughtful rhythm, with moments to move, reflect, eat, rest, and share.
The order of activities may adapt to the group’s rhythm and the conditions of the day.
Returning to yourself does not always mean staying quiet. It can also feel like dancing, laughing, sharing, and allowing yourself to enjoy without thinking about everything else.
You can come exactly as you are: to breathe, connect, move, and celebrate life in community.
REAL EXPERIENCESEvery woman arrives with a different story. What our retreats share is the possibility of slowing down, feeling accompanied, and returning to life with more clarity and connection.
It was a perfect experience to unplug and reconnect with myself. I felt relaxed, safe, and inspired; I left with a deeper understanding of my own rhythm.

I am Marlene Falcón, an RYT-500 yoga teacher and the creator of Volver to You. My way of guiding combines accessible movement, presence, reflection, and joy so that every woman can participate from her own reality.
I created this retreat because I know how easy it is to attend to what is urgent, hold responsibilities, and leave for later what we also need. My intention is to offer a warm, respectful space where you do not have to prove anything: a day to listen to yourself, recognize what you have lived, and choose with greater clarity what you want to care for now.
“During the experience, I will accompany you step by step. You can always adapt a practice, rest, or choose not to share. There is no single correct way to return to yourself here.”

A practice for all levels so you can participate at your own pace.
Walk, breathe, and be present in nature.
From desire to possibility and tools to take with you.
Nutritious lunch, fruit, snacks, and drinks prepared with care.
