Many women have learned to work, meet responsibilities and solve things for others, but have not always had a space to understand their own finances without pressure or judgment.
A DIFFERENT PERSPECTIVEFinancial decisions do not happen separately from the rest of your life. They may relate to your family, culture, migration, relationships, loss, transition or responsibilities you have carried for years.
That is why organizing your finances is not only about moving numbers around a spreadsheet. It also means understanding what you need, what you value and the life you want your money to support.
My approach does not begin with guilt or rigid formulas. It begins with your reality. Together we can observe the numbers, recognize your priorities and create a structure that helps you make decisions with more clarity, calm and confidence.
The plan needs to work in your real life, not only look good on a spreadsheet.
Mentorship adapts to the topics you want to understand and the level of support you need. Not every woman works on the same issues or needs the same number of sessions.
Organize information to recognize what you receive, spend and owe, and which areas need your attention.
Design a way to distribute your money that considers responsibilities, goals, values and what you want to enjoy, without starting from rigid restrictions.
Identify what you want to address first and define realistic actions to reduce debt, strengthen savings and create conditions to build wealth over time.
Organize what you already have, recognize what you need to understand and prepare questions before speaking with an authorized professional who can provide specific recommendations.
Develop clear questions for accountants, attorneys, investment advisers, mortgage professionals or insurance professionals without feeling that you need to know every term first.
Organize your financial priorities during divorce, retirement, widowhood, a move, a career change or another stage that calls for new decisions.
The outcome is not managing money perfectly. It is having a clear, simple way to understand it, organize it and make decisions you can sustain.
Move from not knowing where your money goes and feeling unsure about decisions to having clarity, a simple method and a direction that supports your life.
Organize your priorities and move step by step toward decisions that support your life. Together we define the number of sessions according to what you want to work on, your situation and the support you need.
You decide how long you want support. Sessions may be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. Terms related to paid and unused sessions will be explained in the service agreement.
Before deciding, you can send a WhatsApp message to have a 30-minute conversation about what you want to work on, the support you are looking for and how my financial mentorship approach works.
This initial conversation does not replace a mentorship session or include a detailed analysis of your finances. Its purpose is to get to know one another, clarify questions about the process and help you decide calmly whether you want to continue.
We set aside 30 minutes to get to know one another and answer your questions about mentorship.
If you choose to continue, we identify what you want to work on and agree on an initial number of sessions.
We use 90-minute sessions to understand, organize, decide and define concrete actions.
Between sessions, you can ask brief questions and we review the plan as your needs change.
Our relationship with money does not depend only on how much we know or our ability to follow a budget. It may also be influenced by family history, culture, migration, relationships, difficult experiences, responsibilities and life changes.
My training in a trauma-informed financial approach allows me to view money through that human lens. It does not mean assuming you have experienced trauma or turning mentorship into therapy. It means recognizing that financial decisions have context, and that guilt or pressure rarely creates sustainable change.

My path in the financial sector began in 2003. I have worked in banking, investment firms and financial planning, and I also created my own financial advisory firm.
In earlier stages of my career, I worked as an investment adviser, insurance adviser and mortgage loan originator. Those experiences helped me understand how income, spending, debt, savings, investments, insurance, mortgages and the decisions that accompany each life stage are related.
Today I integrate that professional experience with training in trauma-informed financial guidance to offer a more human, clear and respectful way to talk about money. My intention is to help you understand your situation, recognize your options and make decisions that support you without pressure and with respect for your autonomy.
